You cannot go wrong choosing a pasture-raised, heritage bred turkey for your holiday dinner. These turkeys were raised with organic principles in mind and supplemented with non-gmo and organic, home-raised feeds. Birds are also antibiotic and hormone free.
Because these were a heritage breed, and some were black in color, there may be some pigmentation spots on the bird. However, this is completely natural and does not affect the meat.
About our Beef
Our cattle are raised in a low stress environment on native grasses for the majority of their lives and finished on grains for the last 180+ days. Our cattle do not receive any growth hormones or antibiotics.
